Privacy Policy

Analytic Concept builds Power BI dashboards and reports for Australian small businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Enquiry details: your name, business name, email, phone number and the answers you give in our enquiry form.
• Files you choose to upload: such as example reports, logos or brand guidelines.
• Project data: if you become a client, the business data you share so we can build your reports. This is covered by your service agreement.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To deliver, support and improve the reports we build for you.
• We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

We may use AI tools to help us review your requirements, clean and organise data, and draft reports, formulas and documentation. A person reviews all work before it is delivered to you.

• We only use AI services whose business terms say your data is not used to train their models.
• Where we can, we remove or reduce personal details (such as customer names) before any data is processed.
• If you would prefer we don't use AI tools on your data, tell us and we'll work without them.

• Enquiry form submissions are sent securely (HTTPS) by email through our email provider, Resend. This website does not keep a database of submissions.
• Your in-progress form answers are saved only in your own browser and cleared after you submit.
• Some services we use (such as email, Microsoft Power BI and AI tools) may store or process data outside Australia. We choose reputable providers with strong security practices.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project data for the length of our engagement plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing info@analyticconcept.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
